Love this insight about teh foundational role of comfort in releasing tension. The glasses example is spot on because we're so used to adapting to mild discomfort that we stop noticing how it constantly triggers bracing. I've found that when working with people on posture stuff, fixing their setup (chair height, monitor distance) often does more than any cueing.
