I just binge read the 3 parts of freeing the neck, this is so helpful to my own journey! I’m writing about the Alexander Technique as a student and I have so many questions !
Definitely will read more and ask questions from the different articles you wrote! Thank you Jon!
Thanks Nadia! It's definetly worth reading each post multiple times! These are the articles I wish I'd had as a student so I'm glad they're resonating with you!
I have my students start by going through my post on the Rubrics of the technique... It's got the high level starting articles.
Thank youuu! I didn’t find a lot of value for my own practice so it’s awesome that you write with that many details! It will definitely helped me a lot 😊
And I will probably mention you to give more details to other people reading me if you don’t mind!
This is so helpful. It makes me stop and think. I was playing squash recently, and looking at my opponent and how their body moved helped me almost second-guess where their weak spots were. I can see them in myself, too, where I try to correct myself to move more fluently. Thank you.

Much appreciated Jon! Being able to see this stuff in others is a massive win... But stopping and thinking is the biggest!!
